I listened to my family and not my gut and hired her. Today is her first day and she is off somewhere with her husband, who I have been told is also working the job. They'll be ready at 8PM... to learn the 8 hour job... I thanked them for their interest like it was a form letter and am heading in for a very long day of work and anger. Now the family considers me a monster...

2/ Oversee everything since its my reputation
3/ Never lose control of the reigns
