Yes i can really relate to what you said about having to do what you need to to make you happy. Not everyone can understand that, and at times i have been called selfish for it, but now more than ever it is what i need to do
Yup, i'm gonna force myself to shoot and exercise and go out and dance and NOT stay locked up in this room, even though those things are the last things i want to be doing right now. But eh, they can't hurt, only help
