I wish Halloween could be in August.
Then we can trick or treat under a warm sky with stars falling in time with my heart beat.
Halloween was always my most favorite holiday easy.
Then My father passed away Halloween night 3 years ago and that kind of changed.
Not to mention that August had become one of my favorite times because I met you and we caressed at the park.
Watching the stars fall you would sigh and moan and whisper to me that you never felt so safe.
Funny thing if you felt safest when I was most vulnerable.
Now you are married to someone other than me and I hate both August AND Halloween.
And I have nothing to do but blare my brains out with loud music to try and drum it all from my mind.
I have NEVER felt so alone.
And I have never asked for anything from anyone.
But I NEED something now.
I can't put my finger on it.
I can't put it to pen.
It's just a need.
