Do you like fish?
In Ukraine, culturally, fish is not a big deal. I mean, here fish is something parents force kids to eat because it's healthy, but kids hate it and you grow up having bad memories of fish. And it also has a lot of bones that choke you...
That was my perception of fish till recently.
But last fall I traveled to Italy and Spain and tried real seafood. It's nothing compared to what I have ever tried before in Ukraine. It's delicious, it's soft, it tastes like the sea itself, it's amazing! I'm so happy I had a person to show these new cuisine horizons to me, and I'm grateful for it.
My life did change by trying new type of food and it's amazing!
