I did a job interview today. Good job, probably stable, good pay, etc. But, if it should come to pass that they decide to hire me, I will turn down the offer.

Why?

Because the job is in the backwoods of the backwoods of Florida. I would rather be working a crappy job in a place where I can be in or near civilization, than to work a good job out in the badlands of the state.
