So once again unable to sleep.. ugh! So I'm up smokin some happy cigarettes 
and watching Ironman. I wouldn't really care about the sleep, but I have an early morning yoga session that I should be rested for. Two classes right in a row... tough ones too. For those of you out there that think yoga is just stretching and breathing, ur totally wrong! See, in tattoo terms, some kinds of yoga are that lil butterfly that a girl has on her lower back, but the kind of yoga I do is full sleeves bitches! hahahaha Good shit! I'm really looking forward to Wednesday. I get my side piece finished. I've got most of it done, just some more colors in the koi and the flower. Then I'm movin onto my other half sleeve.. thinkin of doing a "These are a few of my favorite things" theme. Gotta find a good artist to design it for me.

I have only dabbled in a little bit of Yoga myself but I can tell you it totally killed me and I like to consider myself pretty fit. Mind you look in great shape so even without sleep I reckon you will be able to manage your sessions no problem
