So I'm taking this time before I go to bed to summarize my past 3 days.

So I have been in Santa Fe, NM for the last 3 days attending a Qi Gong seminar. To say the least, Qi Gong is a suttle form of martial arts with more focus on becoming aware of the Qi or Chi around you and learning how to control and use this energy for healing alont with Food healing and Breathing Techniques.

I have had some of the most profound spiritual experiences while attending this seminar! I've allowed my body to vibrate at a higher frequency, therefore generating an extreme heat in my hands and whole body, It honestly felt as if my whole body was vibrating sooo intensely that any part of me could explode at any one moment. But this feeling was so serene and comforting that my body was able to submit and welcome this vibration. After this I felt more awake, alive, and replenished than I had ever been from any nap.

There are sooooo many more things I would love to share, but my eyes are killing me and I have another full day of Qi Gong tomorrow so I'll just leave it at this and I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO LOOK INTO QI GONG!!! THERE'S ALOT OF POWERFUL SECRETS TO BE LEARNED WITHIN <3<3
