So I talked to my husband at like 0330 hrs this morning...ug...so tired. He requested I go to the mall today...Got to love husbands that promote shopping...hehe...and at Hot Topic, no less. He wants me to pick up some body jewlery, music and see if I can't find some Foamy:Ill Will Press dvds. "God Forgive You, Stupid People!!!!" Yeah, so, I'm pretty excited, and so is my daughter. She is pretty young, but she loves Hot Topic. I love the fact that they have clothes, amongst other things, for kids too. As an added bonus, he told me that if I find anything I would like, that I should treat myself to it, since he's not here to buy it for me. Isn't that sweet? Speaking of sweet, I must admit, my husband is full of surprises. When he came home for R&R back in February, we went out shopping as a family...looking for gaming stuff, I wanted an XBOX...somehow we ended up at a jewler. Not on my accord either. See, I had not been able to wear my wedding ring my whole pregnancy due to some complications...and right after my son was born I tried to put it back on...we're talking within days...yeah, bad idea...my husband ended up having to cut the ring off of my finger...I cried. So, since we'd received our tax return around the same time he came home on leave, he offered me a new ring or an XBOX...hehe..Well, I'm not a traditional girl in the aspect of rings. I prefer sapphires and itty bitty diamonds...I actually opted for the XBOX, because all of us would be able to use it...but his final say was the ring...awww...See, he is so sweet!!! When it came right down to it, he made a good point...I'm not really an XBOX kind of gamer....I play PC games...occassionally PlayStationII..but that's kind of becoming obsolete..so, I really just wanted the XBOX so he and our daughter could play games together...She's also an aspiring gamer...Ok...I think I've definitely been random enough...eh, I need more coffee...
