Thanksgiving wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. My dad and I didn't fight...in fact, there were no arguments between anyone. That's all but unheard of in my family.
We did have a bit of a scare though: my mom made a trip to the emergency room Wednesday night because her heart wasn't beating right. Luckily, it turned out to be nothing (the doctor said it was probably too much caffeene).
