HA ha! Tommorrow is my day off. I haven't had a day off since last Tuesday. I've worked 6 days straight, most without a break. This weekend was a holiday, and as always holidays are hectic and contain stupid people. But that stressful shit is done, and now I can relax! I'm going to go see Constantine tomorrow.
There's a few concerts this month I might try to see, including Tiger Army and MSI on 2 separate occasions.
I wanted to see Rise Against on the 1st, but I don't think it'll happen. I saw them with Bad Religion, they're actually pretty good. I was in a good pit during their set, I had a really good time.
Speaking of pits, I need to get back to working out more, lol. However I think I lost a little more weight this past week. My belt is getting looser, so that's a good sign. I'm about 5'8" and weigh about 185 last I checked. I used to weigh about 230 lbs in high school. So losing the weight and getting stronger has meant a lot to me. Its helped me with my confidence and self image a lot. And considering my abysmals self esteem and self image, imagine how bad it used to be.....
I have Friday off this week too, so I'm going to go see Sin City. That should be pretty cool. It looks great, I love the look of the film. If I like it I'll pick up a graphic novel of the comic and give it a read. Same for Constantine. I haven't read Sin City or Hellblazer (the comic that spawned Constantine) at all so I'll be able to enjoy the films as films and thusly I'll be free of bias. Should be good. I never read Hellboy till the movie was in production, and once I started reading it I absolutely loved it. So hopefully this will get me into a couple more good books.
