Go see Shaun of the Dead. Seriously, its worth your money. Its funny as hell, and good and gory too. I saw it last night with my friends and my girlfriend. I loved it. Speaking of my girlfriend, man she's rad. I met her online, on hotornot.com, and I've been talking to her for awhile online and on the phone. Well, I finally got to meet her last Sunday night at an Anti-Flag concert. We hit it off. I''ve just started dating her, so I'm trying not to fuck this up. I think i'm doing okay though so far. Alright, our first official date went down Friday night. Its a double date with my best friend and his girlfriend. We get a little lost on the way to her place, (she lives like 30-45 minutes away) so by the time we pick her up and hit the movies we're about 10 minutes late. No biggy. We go in, and I sit next to her and put my arm around her. Good times. Half way through the movie she moves the armrest between us an lays up against me. I spend most of the rest of the movie kissing her neck and holding her . Good times again. We go outside and sit down while iguring out what to do next. She suggests the beach. I'm all for it since its late and beaches at night kind of romantic. I'm thinking I can use that. So we go, and she shows us this pavilion where we sit and chill out. My best friend starts a game of truth or dare, and eventually dares Heather (my girlfriend) to make out with me for like 3 minutes. So we did..For more like 15. Man it was hot too. I think its a good sign when your lady starts moaning right? Good times, good times. I tell ya, it beats the hell out of fooling around with my ex. Can you believe she wouldn't even let me kiss her on the lips? At ALL. Weird chick, hated being kissed on the lips. Me, i'm an affectionate guy, so it bothered me. I would say so, and she'd be like, "Too bad. " But fuck her. Now Heather I like a lot. She has a really cool personality, she's cute, she's funny, and she seems like a really nice girl. I totaly dig her. And she likes me a lot too, so that's a plus. I just know I can't wait to see her again. But I feel like a doofus. The date went smoothly, but when we dropped her off I was saying godbye and let slip an "I love you." I have no clue where it came from, none at all. I seriously wasn't even thinking that. Its way too early in the game to say that. The best explanation I could come up with for myself was that I was used to saying that to my ex because I was at the time in love with her. I cut her out of my life now, and I'm better for it, but at the time I used to tell her that a lot. So maybe its that. I'm just hoping I didn't weird her out. Yeeesh... But anyway, she's awesome and I really dig her, so I'm hoping things go well with her. I really am. I've been single for about the last 9 months, so this is a welcome change.
