Experience has taught me one on one will always show the most benefit and have the greatest intensities (at least for me).
When people tell me I should loosen up and all that I get rather angry. Especially when being poly would mean I would let them make a move on my girlfriend when they should stay the hell away from her (posessive much?).
If you are with somebody and want somebody else you should think carefully and then go with one or the other. Life is not a salad bar. You only get one plate of one course at a time.
