I have finally regained internet service! You know, its funny; I don't consider myself a huge fan of the internet, I don't spend a great deal of time on it, nor do I know a great deal about computers. However, when I don't have the net for nearly two weeks, I really begin to feel it. I don't like being disconnected!
Anyway, I now in Madison and I begin training for my job on Monday. Its a great town, and I think I am really going to enjoy my time here; all of the people I met at the SG party were cool as Lake Superior in January and most even put up with my badly worded country phrases
I also get along with all of my roomates so far, I live in a great part of town and am beginning to feel comfortable with my new environment. No doubt I shall be flocked by good looking women in just a matter of weeks! (take that, evil friend who said that he being flocked by girls would be like seeing a hobbo drapped in diamonds and silver. grrrr)
I just dropped my car off at home, the thing was giving me a lot of trouble and its just so much easier to live without one in this town; especially on my limited budget. Its going to take some time to get used to taking busses and the like, but I'm sure I'll do fine once I get used to it.
