'Bout time for an update, I reckon. Tell you what, let's just skip the part where I mutter vaguely about the complication in my life and get right to the part about puppets.

For those who haven't heard me mention it, Avenue Q is a Broadway musical that is basically Sesame Street for college graduatues who don't know how the real world works. I love it. These days, there's a song for my every mood. Confused about that complication? In "Mix Tape," Kate Monster studies (you guessed it) a mix tape for clues about Princeton's feelings. Straight out depressed about it? Two choices: "There's a fine, fine, line between love and a waste of your time" or the closing theme "For Now." I find the message that everything is temporary somewhat uplifting; the G-Unit finds it depressing. Guess she's happier than me or some shit. And what addresses anxiety of life better than "How do I go back to college?" And, for up days, there's "The Internet is for Porn," "There is Life Outside Your Apartment," or "If You Were Gay."

Man, puppets can do anything. Except get us a pope who understands that hardline conservativism is killing his faith, not re-invigorating it. Uncompromisingly conservative... could somebody please drag this world into the new century?
