How have I not updated in so long, I wonder? Let's hit the highlights.
Dec. 30th at Suburbs
The Edmonton crew does know how to throw a party worth driving 3 hours to attend. I'd never been to Suburbs before, but I do occasionally enjoy a good goth bar night. Spent a chunk of the evening trying to figure out what zombie movie was playing on the back wall of the club--turns out to have been Return of the Living Dead.
New Year's Eve
Damn fun. Team Scorpio won ourselves a bottle of 16-year old scotch. Lasted us about half an hour. Damn fine hooch, though.
Tivo
Tivo Rocks. I've been using VCRs like a chump for far too long. No longer! My television experience is improved! IMPROVED! This shall make catching Michele up on Heroes so much simpler... if she can clear out some gorram time to do so.

So I guess I'm boned, then. I may turn out to have a chronic thyroid condition. If so, I'll be taking a purple pill once a day forever... but my quality of life may improve significantly. Now the possible strep throat, that's just a bitch.
Let me say, I don't care for having needles jammed into my arms multiple times in a week. All bruised and shit. That's just made my list of reasons to never get addicted to heroin.
Later I'm gonna rant at y'all about the failings of modern religion. But right now I need to shower and find a sammich.
