I'm well behind on medical matters. I have health insurance now, even if I'm not sure where I left my card, and frankly I'm a little past due for a dentist check-up. And there's the other thing. I'm tired a lot. I get dizzy spells a lot. It worries me on occasion, and it may soon become incovenient to need to sit down and shut my eyes until my head stops spinning at random intervals.

That last sentence has some grammatical flaws, but I'm just going to move on.

A quick reminder: I'll be in Edmonton on Friday performing as part of the Apocalypse Kow Kristmas Kabaret. I encourage all Edmonton and area types to check it out.

2007, I have decided, is the year I get back in shape. Back-up is forming to assist me with this goal. Fact of the matter is, I've gone up a belt loop since starting at my new office job, and that don't sit well with me. Time something was done about this damnable belly afore it's too late.

Soon I shall continue with the experiment. Early results were less than encouraging, but I'm not done with it yet.

I think that's all I have for right now. Feelin' a little tired, and it's kind of hard to think. Hopefully there'll be some exciting news down the road, yeah?
