Here a semester does cost about 600 Euro (public transport ticket for the semester included). Of course you do not speak the language but you could check out UK universities. The cost, including living costs, might well come out less than your fees just now. How about France?

Just about have my student loans paid off. Sometimes financial aid does not cover all the costs or sometimes is not there at all. You may have to look at getting a loan, if you really want to finish it.

Now for the pep talk: nose to grindstone, candle at both ends, burn late night oil...blah, blah, blah.

I hope you find a solution, in the end it is worth it.
