How did I get to Maui? I'll give you a slightly abbreviated version. I was engaged to my son's dad, and we were living together with my daughter from a previous relationship. Back in October, on our 2 yr anniversary no less, he tells me he's not sure if he still wants to be together. I started looking for a place for me and the kids, but I couldn't afford anything on my own. My mom wasn't willing to help either. So my dad had always said anytime I wanted to move out just to give him a couple months and he would set everything up. I got out here in March, and I it. I only wish I had moved out here sooner.

I only had today off, and ended up going for Art night in Lahaina for an appt. with a client. I have to work the next 4 nights in a row
I'm waiting for my cookbooks to get here, cause I have inserted my faves in them and forgot to pack them. A quick and easy one is chicken baked in salsa. prep chicked, add TONS of salsa, bake @350 til done. I usually make plenty of rice to go with it

My boy is Great! He still isn't talking too much, but I'm sure once he really gets going he won't stop. Enjoy her while sh'e small, they grow up quick. My daughter is 7(and is living back east w/ her dad), but it seems like just yesterday that she was just learning to talk... *sigh*

oh that sounds like sweden. I swear fall has come and is starting to turn into winter
i am so called all the time
and its only like 45 degrees.
and it rains all the time and that makes me blue.
im not into winter either. i would rather it be 73 degrees 365 days a year. sometimes a little sprinkle, sometimes a storm, but always the constant.
where can i go to get that???

no, its not snowing yet, although it is raining and certainly cold enough to. that so sucks about your classes all being filled. how will you spend your time now?
i hate buttermilk, its called filmjlk here. but im not really swedish, well i am, but not by birth. i have a dual citizenship. (sorry to disappoint ya, but im both swedish and american)
i cant decide which side to get my lip pierced on, and if it werent so expensive i would just have both sides done so as not to throw off my face any.
