We won our heat in the OUSA Battle of the Bands on Wednesday night, so it's onto the finals on Thursday. The lineup should make for a rowdy evening, on and off stage, with Nagas, El Schlong and ourselves.

Then of course there's TV2's National Anthem this weekend. We've got the 3pm Sunday slot, which gives me plenty of time to wake from the night before, recover slightly, and the rock.

I also have a degree to find. I think it's under all the books I thought I was reading, sandwiched between the Signature Range Ready Salted chips packets and bagel bags. 11:34pm seems like the right time for black coffee and a cigarette, then off to the supermarket for some "shopping" and around $20 worth of junk food to keep me entertained.

I thought Friday night was supposed to give me something to do, and I mean with other people, preferably in a bar. Give me my bar and people!
