Well the back feels better, betterish anyway, stretching worked, thanks for all the advice I got from you wondeful peoplet.... 
I did have minor surgery last week though, and ended up popping a stitch out last Friday night during, ummmm, some athletic activity. Not a bad way to end a dry spell, so I cant complain too much, just hoping the incision doesnt open up on me. That would be bad.
Other than that shit is good, going to work and school sucks, but soon my classes will be over. Next semester I am going to take a class only I think, I need more time to idulge other things, like actually going out now and then. Just got to suck it up for now....
