well, mom and i are off to san fran on wednesday. looks to be a pretty good time, too. it's my first time actually working at a tattoo convention, and i am really looking foreward to it. lots of work to do, hopefully.
mom was a hippie that missed out on the movement, so i am gonna take her thru haight-ashbury and golden gate park. it's changed a bit, but still cool. and i can't wait to see chinatown again. it's my favorite place in town.
truthfully, i am just happy to take a road trip with mom again, but this time, we are gonna stop and see the sights. the last trip was Portland, Maine to Mt. Rainier, Washington in 6 days... in my jeep... that's held together with zip-ties and duct tape, litterally. roughly 600 miles a day, max speed 70 mph and you could feel every bump. fun, but not too pleasant.
this time, we are cruising in the astro van, with a futon and a cooler in the back to camp in. WOOHOO!!!!
anyhoo, if y'all happen to be by the cow palace in south san fran this weekend, we are in booth 811 near the men's room. C-ya!
