went back to the design company today. not much to do but dick around with the computers and get familiar with their programs, but the did like our designs for the air nat'l guards up coming air show. we have all been working hard on it. we actually get to sell the designs to them on saturday, and i'm booked at the shop till saturday night. nice to have more than one paying gig.
man, the dry spells at my shop really get to me. in the last 2 weeks, i has 2 clients, but this week i have like 5, all with good-sized pieces. i just wish it was a little fuller a little more often. at least now i have the job at the design firm, so i don't have to scrounge for things to do during my down time.
it's funny, the day we went in for the interview and got hired, my horoscope said that i would be bringing my side activities to the forground as a full time job, and my current job would be pushed to the side. i love my tattoo job, but if things keep on like they have been, the horoscope may just prove right.
