Hi guys, this is my first sg post and boy is it all a new experience for me! When I first started this adventure, a few months after I got in a t-bone accident and had sever tissue damage. It ruined my self-esteem and my weight. I sat around nursing my broken body. I became depressed and on high anxiety medication.
But then I began to feel better, my muscles are still sore and torn but their repairing and I can do a headstand again! Follow me on instagram @staygoldstoner for more updates!
So here I am beginning this adventure again and with fresh eyes. This is for body confidence and self love.
