Just got back from a 5 day weekend in Seattle.
Not too exciting because it was mainly for my mother-in-laws birthday. I wound up with a cold after sitting around the peace fountain for too long wainting for a friend of mine to show up. Never really got adjusted to the three hour time change, so that, combined with the cold, had me in a perpetual state of blah for the whole trip. Still, the weather was as GORGEOUS as an SG girl wearing nothin but tatoos and electrical tape and I had a few epiphanies watching the kids run around in the fountain so it had it's spiritual moments.
Regarding the SITUATION: I went to court today, have a pre-trial date in late June so I most likely WILL NOT get my main camera ( the G3) back until then, Which majorly sucks because I had just did a shoot and the photos are on the flash card.I did get my car back with the photo lights in the trunk after paying the SWINE their 30 pieces of silver ($900) plus the storage and towing fees ($211).
But, life is still good. The sunset from the 19th floor is beautiful. The tavern across the street (Sweetwater, get the wings if you're ever in the D') just delivered me a julienne salad, Because of the lingering lung oysters I have downed the remainder of the codeineated cough syrup that I had left and am starting to mellloooowww just a tad. Life ain't bad. keep smilin'
