I think I'm done going to 4th and B. I may be done with all clubs. I'm sick of going to hip hop shows and having to witness people get drunk and act like belligerant assholes. I just don't find that... ummm, attractive. It totally fucks up the vibe of what i feel a hip hop show should be. You shouldn't be trying to get wild on cats. If you let the music move you, you wouldn't disrespect it by trying to get dirty during a show. It reflects bad upon hip hop and it is the reason why some venues dont want to put on hip hop shows.
This is the second time I almost had to put my fists on some dude at 4th and B. 2nd consecutive. I was up in the front by the rail, and there were girls on both sides of me. This cat, almost got into it with another dude, but they got it together. so anyway, the guy is chilling near the rail, and he keep bumping the girl on my right, (who is really cute) so she is trying to avoid getting bumped. The cat is throwing up gang signs and shit and i look at him.
He moves to the other side of me and is bumping the girl on my left. I guess he decided she was attractive (she was) and tried to maneuver her in front of him to grind on her. she wasn't having any of it and pushed him off. She was enjoying the music, it was obvious and just wanted to chill. I move over a bit so that she could move away from him and closer toward me. i was going to step between them. i look at this cat again.
so he decides (since he was rejected) he wants to put his finger in my face. Because i stand up for a woman who wants to enjoy the flow of a hip hop show. I'm basically trying to ignore this cat and be like, yo, just be peace... blah blah. He puts his finger in my face again and pushes my head.. starts talking shit. I'm still trying to neutralize this shit, cuz even if i am defending myself, i feel 1. i'm going to miss the show if i get kicked out. 2. cats like this are always trying to fuck up someones vibe.
the girl is fed up and just leaves (i wanted to find her later and apologize for that kids actions, but i couldn't) he's still trying to provoke me and shit. he eventually leaves.
after that set (pharoah monch) this other dude came up to me and said that they (him and his boys) had my back and that the cat got tossed out. which made me feel a little better, but not much. It pisses me off when MF's act like that.

but the show was good. a girl and her friend bumped me, and she had her hand rubbing all over my side. then she kept touching my back. then she patted the booty. her friend pinched it.
MOP was live as hell.
