i think that doing something strictly for money is selling out. (s far as work is concerned.) The comment was aimed at people that point the finger at bands, actors, athletes etc... for doing things that they feel is "selling out" when we do it at some point time in our lives to some degree. But I completely understand what you mean. When the mean becomes the end then you've gone too far.

I know relationships don't always have to ruin friendships... but it seems like that's how things always go with me.
