It's been a bit of a busy week, so hense the lack of updates, which I usually make one every single day, sometimes twice. Oh yes, I have nothing to ever say, but I just can't help myself.
So this week has been crazy with the busy. I went shopping this weekend and got some nice dress-up clothes, because after the whole reunion thing, I realized I dont have any nice dress up clothes for special occasions, like a family reunion. (My nice pair of jeans without any holes doesn't count, according to my Mom)- I decided to get some nice clothes, (actually my Mom kinda made me). But, of course I somehow lost my debit card in Old Navy. So I don't get a new one until later sometime this week, hopefully.
So now.. I'm the proud owner of 2 skirts, and tops that match to go with them. And I even bought a nice pair of shoes to match. - (I'm marveling at that)
And then me and my ex boyfriend have a " date " this Saturday night. We ran into one another, and it's been at least 3 years since I've seen him, so he decided that we should go out Saturday night for drinks and catch up, and as soon as he said I'm buying, I was agreeing. Well.. it's so safe to say that there's no re-kindling, and he knows it too. With his recent divorce, and our still 10 year age gap.. (hey, I was 19, and I wanted to have a rich older re-bound boyfriend). But.. none the less, I think we might have more to talk about now, that we both can go to a bar together.
And of course, one of my favorite co-workers in the world gets fired on Tuesday. I was really sad. I really liked Christine, and we had fun with the name calling, and the flirting, and the fighting. She was the bestest of the crew, but unfournatly, had a major attitude problem, and people didn't like that too much. And after being there for 3 years, she was really bitter about not being able to see a raise, but still, the attitude issue really came into play there.
But we are still oragnizing a chance for us to go out one night before she leaves for Spain in mid September for school. I'm so excited for her, she's going to have an awesome time there.
And then theres my boss still covering the other store in LO, because my old boss Kris got canned a few weeks ago, so my assistant manager has been working like 23 days in a row, and the other one is working 6 days a week. But hey.. hello to the overtime for them. But, soon, things will come back to normal at work. Soon. Hopefully, it'll be so nice too, everyone can stop being such bitches, and all fucking stressed out too.
And now.. Like 1 month and 3 weeks left before school starts. This has been the fucking dopest break EVER.
Alright I gotta go do stupid stuff now.
