Rib healed, feet mostly better, wrist still needs work.

time for more seminars.

New seminar schedule.

Saturday March 24th, 2-6pm
Introduction to pressure points for fighting.
Using weak points and nerve plexuses in the combat
techniques of Modern Aikijujutsu.

Saturday March 31st, 2-6pm
Introduction to Sword fighting
Modern Kenjutsu, an introduction.
All the basics of stance, weight distribution,
movement, avoidance, cutting, thrusting, blocking,
parrying and combat techniques from Modern Kenjutsu.

These Seminars will both be held at 325 Bainbridge
street, Philadelphia, PA, at the Optimal Gym
(formerly Pennsport).

Cost: $75 for either or $125 for both, and $25 for
Swords(1 oak bokken, 1 bamboo shinai) required for
Swordfighting. Previous Attendees, please contact me
about your discounted rate.

If you need weapons, Please register as early as
possible to give me time to obtain all of the
required equipment. There will be a limit of 24
people per seminar.

you can move quickly in. Gi's are welcome but

There will also possibly be a sword fighting seminar in New
Jersey(bellmawr area) towards the end of
