My latest observations include a Casino in Aurora, Illinois.
For some reason, I acoompanied my freind Ben to a gambling boat last night in Aurora. Oh, wait, it wasnt a boat, it was on land for sureok a gambling building that was on land in Aurora
Anyways, every time he goes, he plays craps, which is a game I will never understand.
(and I have a sneaky theory that nobody understands it, really)
Me on the other hand. I spent the first half hour last night trying to understand what environment I was in. I just kept walking around the casino trying to figure out where was the safest place to sit. Everyone kept giving me this look like I wasnt meant to be there. I had no business being there. Lots of old people, loosing their social security money.kinda made me depressed thinking about it. So I tried not to.
I started playing some slot machines, but in like 35 minutes, I was down 40 dollars. Bastard slots!!!
So I started playing video poker, and I started winning and winning and winning.
It was weird. I kept looking at the video poker machine, speaking to it with my ESP, saying but your programmed to take my money, what are you doing. You must like me more than the other people in this place.
I imagined that my video poker machine was really lonely that night, until I sat down to play it, and it was so happy to have a friend, that it gave me a bunch of money.
So I left last night having won overall 66 dollars. Which I think is a MASSIVE success, considering I kinda suck at poker
