On the plus side, the dream I was having left me with a wonderful quote describing some woman in it:

That is indeed and excellent blog, and well worth reading. Older I get, more issues I have with my self confidence.  I especially like the bit about talking to yourself like you would to your BFF. There are so many things I need to tell myself more often.

@almost_missed: Yeah, the legend goes that if you go in, you'll get caught up in one of their dances. Time moves differently for the fae, so when they finish, and you finally escape, you'll find decades have passed. Or they'll dance you to death. (That is what's known as partied-the-fuck-out!) The other version is Rip Van Winkle: You fall asleep in a faerie ring, and you'll dream decades away. Basically you're trapped in their realm, which is where dreams come from.
