Disclaimer: I've never been invited to a pot luck outside of one work party and I was assigned dessert. I bought cupcakes... from the same store... from my department... I know I'm lame. So I'm going to pretend as if I've been to over 10 potlucks and go with deviled eggs.

I picked deviled eggs because not only do I make the most amazing deviled eggs, it's a dish you can't go wrong with, unless it was a vegan pot luck then I would go with home made vegan zucchini fries.
You know what, now that I think of it I would do the home made vegan zucchini fries. Hands down one of my favorite things to make out of zucchini.
