It's been a hellacious week for me.
Monday - My boss slices his finger open after slipping on a can of Tuna Fish. Blood everywhere. Find out that I am working all day...ok, I can handle that, the pay is good.
Tuesday - Find out that I am working open to close again. Two days in a row? Ok, cool, more money, no problem. Things aren't goin too good here at the home.
Wednesday - I am ready to kill someone. I've only been sleeping 4 hours a night the past 3 days, and it's starting to show. Finally, a regular shift, which I am ready for. Go to Home Depot, the debit machine doesn't work, and the guy at the check out counter is a complete moron.....I am ready to kill now.
Thursday - Ah, finally an easy shift, I show up whenever I want (between 11 and 2). Stupid people interact with me all day long...now I am really ready to kill someone.
Friday - My dad has a heart attack. It happened after he took me to work. I didn't even know until I was almost to the bar when I got the call on my phone. I am in shock, and ready to collapse myself. I go to the bar, drink 6 bottles of Corona, and a triple bourbon in coke (Jack Daniels, Jim Beam, Wild Turkey).
Saturday - It's my day off, finally, rest and relaxation. I think I slept too much, because now, I just don't care.
