The holiday is upon us, and I can't help but wonder what it would be like if my friend was still here with me.
You see, 14 years ago, my friend Tony, was killed in Yreka, California, but a 21 year old who was playing with her stereo, instead of watching the road.
Not a day goes by that I don't think of him. He was a big kid for his age (13 when he died), but yet he could do the most amazing things.
I hope you all have a wonderful, safe, and Happy holiday this weekend. And remember, PDXers, this is also the party weekend for me (my 26th birthday party, the whole weekend.)
