What makes a photo appealing to you?
I personally like photos that pass along stories. I don't want to be spoon feed the story; I'd rather have the visual cues within a photo that let me discover what significance each point of interest has to the photo as a whole.
Pictures are worth more than words; and to me words shouldn't be included in photos. If I wanted to read I'd have waited for the book to come out. It's all well and good to wear a shirt that has the word "Sexy" written on it but wouldn't it be better to convey the notion of sexy through pose and composition?
