I went to Rome today.....I am sunburnt...have blisters on my feet from the sandles ( I bought two new pair and they too gave me blisters 
) and I wore a dress and my inner thighs are Hella raw and swollen......Yeah I was sooooo happy to come home and scrap the ton of dirt and dried sweat that I have been carrying around with me all day.....It was Un-godly HOT and a Saturday( a shit ton of people) where I spent most of my day either at the Spanish Steps or on a train. From this, I have learned I would rather sweat my ass off and avoid injury to myself than to look good. Hope your weekends are going great!
