Sorry but this is about to be a random rant that may or may not go in random directions.
This just might be me but just wanted to throw it out there and see what others thought. I'm not on a computer much, I don't own one and my phone is basically my computer. I got on the chat room on here and there were a good amount of people asleep, lights off or not even in the room for long periods. Has this become a normal thing were people just leave their computers on 24/7 documenting everything that does and doesn't go on?I just found that A.) wasteful use of energy, having to pay the electric bill has made me think different about leaving things on B.) really boring to watch what people do as they sleep. I love and hate our modern tech era. I like how easy it is to talk to people and to find out things, but the trade off to that is people don't remember as much as we used to and that we just walk around as mindless shells only looking at different screens not seeing the world around us. Well I was just wondering what other people where thinking about this?

i agree completely.. our society has become computer based.. do people actually have a real conversation anymore?

I don't think so. most of the time I go hang out with friends all i see is the top of their head, not in a sexual way even though I wouldn't mind from some of my females friends.
