Is it ever possible to just avoid workplace drama? You try to not get involved but it's counter-active in that you get pegged as being antisocial. Why does everything have to be a competition? Competitiveness really gets me down. I like people who like to work together and can communicate without feeling threatened or, conversely, acting like a jerk.

Man, we spend so much time at work. Why can't we just be nice to each other?

I was where you are for the whole of my first year of articles. It was hell. I just couldn't understand why everyone had reverted to fucking primary school!! There's always a ringleader, however, and the ringleader really don't like it if you don't want to play. Don't I know it.

I stop being nice to everybody at work. I don't want to be involve in anything now. I'm doing my job only. Now, there's a line between work and outside life !
