I had lots of fun this weekend. I've been addicted to The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker for the last couple of weeks. I was all the way to the Tower of Gods and my memory card crapped out on me. So I vowed to get back to that point as quickly as possible.

I will be applying for a camera position within my company that would allow for me to do some traveling. I feel like I'm starting to get deeper in to a real career. My second freelance project is almost done and I'm kind of worried because I didn't do any contracts and my girlfriend just produced a new website for his recording school and he is taking a really long time to pay her. Next time around I will be billing in installments and using formal contracts.

Yesterday was an awesome day with my sweetheart. We have really worked hard to make our relationship work through a lot of difficult situations. I'm really feeling a stronger bond with us. We went to the Lakeview Lunch yesterday and shared a big breakfast and a milkshake:

After, we went to Honest Ed's to get a tea kettle, a new dish rack and a couple of plants. I ended up buying a couple of pairs of decent-looking panties for $0.99 each! That's honest! Can you find me in this giant bin of brightly-coloured panties?

I have an air purifier and a allergen furnace filter this week. Hopefully my allergies will calm down a bit because I'm so sick of feeling sick. The pollution in this city is horrendous. I need to find out how to get involved in volunteering for Pollution Probe or something. I'd love to get into creating hard-hitting public service announcements. Hmmm... lots to think about.

thank you for the offer. a vet tech at sammy's vet offered to do in home care for him while i'm gone which i think will be less traumatic for him. we've had some "issues" lately with separation and i'm hoping having him in his own house will help.

but thank you. i really appreciate it.
