I have been a big slack arse with updating haven't I.

I am officially on holidays as of today. It is weird being at home knowing the rest of the team are at work. I have had a text message conversation with one of the girls and have spoken with my boss. As much as work can be a pain in the arse I do miss enjoy working with a couple of them.

I have been a bit slack with my food and exercising over the last couple of weeks. I have had my PT sessions but I haven't doing anything else. So I am going to cycle with reshizzle tonight, and I plan on going to the gym before I have my hair appointment tomorrow morning. I need to focus, I want to loose another 5 kgs before I go back to work next year.

I need to choose my subjects for next year, but I am not going to worry about that until next year. I only wanted to do one night a week but I think I am going to have to do two, I just want to finish and if I only do one night it is going to take me forever to get to the end.
