I have had the flu since last thursday. I am sick of blowing my nose.

I haven't been to the gym since last tuesday. I need to feel better and get back there. I set myself a goal as I am going to a wedding at the beginning of August and the flu has just thrown that out the door. I will try my best to get as close to the goal as I can.

Next week is my last week off until I go back to TAFE. I need to keep my focus for the next 6 months. Three nights a week at TAFE and gym for the rest. I just have to remember why I am doing all of this.

Bead and Gem show this weekend. I can't wait. I am having a long weekend from my normal job and I am helping out my friend at her stand. I love spending time with Carolyne. She is an amazing person and I learn so much from her every time I see her. Not just about jewellery but also life.

Work is really giving me the shits lately. I feel our team is being all told different things about how we are going forward. It is making all of us not enjoy coming to work. Hopefully things get sorted soon or my boss will have at least two really pissed off staff members. I am just so over the bull shit.

I need to get in touch with my tattoo artist and see if he has drawn up my next tattoo. I am so excited about it. Also I am looking forward to getting my ribs done when I lose more weight.

That's about it.

yeah i dont like knowing other peoples private stuff like that. maybe i just grew up in a more reserved, private, keep things to yourself household? but yeah, using it as an excuse is so crap... like yeah, its uncomfortable and painful and annoying but you cant change it. meh.

yay for rush! is the first season on dvd? i dont think i have seen it at the shops...
we can still do a 12 week challenge type thing... it doesnt matter if you have blow outs, just means you have a reason to get back into it the day after!
ill photocopy some stuff or get nicole to give you stuff and we can organise our own monthly weigh in and measurements thing, if you want? we could get nicole to take before photos and then at the end, after photos too. i ate out so much during the challenge, so it doesnt matter if you have a few bad weekends. i guess the measurements thing just gives you a goal to work toward, and it is cool seeing the before and after photos... i might post mine on here (edited of course, i dont want everyone seeing my flubber) but its cool seeing the change! smile
let me know if you are keen! I dont know how you are motivated but maybe our aim is to lose the most centimetres or something (like we dont have to but just something to aim for?)
