hey, nicole told me u joined up! im doing pilates at 6:45 tomorrow if u wanna come along, i know when i first started it was scary going to classes by yourself!
i do body combat sometimes as well before hand (depends what time i finish work) and on sunday mornings! its my new favourite class, but pilates is great as well i do it every week!

woo hoo!! yay! just need to remember a normal sized towel to put down on the mat!
