I've turned into an insomniac this week and i'm feeling pretty fooked. Crazy 19 hour shift on friday basically threw me completly especially as i've had to be up at 5.30 all week and my sleeping patern is all over the shop. I've been hitting the coffees hard to stay awake at work but by the time i've been getting to bed i'm wide awake.... doh!!! On the plus insomnia seems to have kickstarted my creative juices into overide and i've had loads of madcap ideas for video that i'm itching to try out once i've finnished the music video.
Thats coming a long beautifully by the way and i'm really chuffed with the way it's looking. I've been quite frustrated with it at times but now it seems to be in the vinegar strokes and i'll be proud to upload it for you to view when it's finally done.
despite the hideous shifts, work is brilliant and i've even been head hunted by another company and although i'm staying put it's given me a massive confidence boost. I feel like i'm really moving now and it's shaken me up to redoubling my efforts.
I realised the other day that i haven't been out of London since xmas so this weekend i'm going back to Bournemouth for some frisbee and beers. really looking forward to going back, i've been missing it a bit lately plus i'm looking forward to running amock amongst all the art student girlies at a party i'm going to on saturday.... Woo hoo!!!
I've also decided that i've worked so hard, i deserve a holliday. SO, i'm going snowboarding at the beginning of April!!!!!!
I'm going to have to borrow a couple of hundred quid off my sister and it's going to skint me out but hey, fuck it, life's too short and who gives a toss about money anyway. Work have been cool about it, i've given them a vague date because i want to get a last minute deal so they know i will probably go at the drop of a hat but they are fine with that so topdraw.
I uploaded some more pics yesterday and now i've got broadband at home at last(
), i'm sure more will follow soon.
