Dear Corporation of the City of Guelph,
Please stop hiring the following people for your parking enforcement units:
1) Nazis.
2) The illiterate.
3) The mentally disabled.
4) Graduates from "Law & Security" programs at shitty Ontario community colleges - bitter because they want to be policemen, but programs like that only qualify them to be mall-cops and so are on some wretched little power trip, high on the only authority they'll ever feel in life. (A run-on sentence which encapsulates the first three.)
Perhaps then they'll be able to understand the concept of a parking exemption. (To say nothing of the stupid no overnight street parking rule to begin with. Seriously, what are visitors expected to do here? Park on the lawn?)
