Okay, so continuing with being horrible at updating.....

Update to the last post: the mouse problem appears to be over with, and I neither had to remove dead bodies nor deal with a smell from the walls. Either they moved to another building, or someone else in this building managed to kill/trap it/them.

Also, I can now, as of today, officially buy alcohol legally in the U.S. *raises his Murphy's* Here's to another year, and to beer as thick as the Ankh. (Yes, that was a Pratchett reference.)

In other news, I've found a girl. Met her a week ago last Friday, hung out every day that weekend and last week, then this past weekend I picked her up Friday afternoon and dropped her off this morning. Things are going very well in that department for the first time in years. Happy birthday to me.
