New Years is over and 06 is already proving to be a great AND bumpy year.
I need to find a new tenant which I always HATE doing. Current roomate has to move back on base and while I don't HAVE to replace him, the extra cashflow is very nice.
If anybody wants to live in the gorgeous Bristow, VA, I've got just the place.
Meanwhile my furnace quit working a few nights ago. I have a new one coming in as I type. So that set me back enough to piss me off - BUT I knew it was happening. I was just hoping I could get through the season was all.
On the brighter side, New Years Eve was great, went to a kickass Finntroll show last night and I've gotten through half of Wedding Crashers (so far so good). So I can't complain TOO much. Just a matter of wading through some rough current. Need to get back to the coffee.
