Another gorgeous day here in the Twins. Little windy but great. Can't believe that they are calling for snow by the end of the week. The parrents are coming in for the holiday. I am looking forward to cooking for them.

I've only met him briefly after last weeks class, but my first impression was a good one. A friend of mine, and also a fellow member of SG, introduced me to him. They've been friends for years now. As far as what I can tell from meeting him, and from what I've read so far, I think he is truely genuine. I think they're may be a bit of embelishment of his stories, but not by much. It is a book, after all, and I don't think people would read past the first chapter if it wasn't made to be interesting. Anyhow, I have another class today. The nice thing with these classes is that it's donation only. I'm not sure that I'm ready for a full retreat (mentally or financialy). I'll let you know what I think after the book.

oh i'm always working on my jumpimg and spinning, but i'm trying to develop more upper body muscle, my legs are just massige compared to the rest of me, so it's time i get some pecs and try to work off this beer belly, and strenten up my back to. I was at the record store and the Clutch tickets haven't gone on sale yet, i'll keep you posted, they don't usely sell out in advance, but they always seem to sell out at the door, if you pick em up in advanced you'll get in
