I can not believe what I saw today. Besides a dead head sticker on a Cadalac(sp), I saw a lovely brand spankin new Saab with two snowboards strapped to the roof. WTF, it ain't quite cold enough yet to see such a sight, or is it?
I am jonesing just like the next knuckle dragger to get onto the POW, but I am not strappin the ol'board to the roof in anticipation. Yes perhaps he was getting the sticks tuned up for the season, but he could have put them in the trunk, laid a seat down... Instead I had to look at them, wishing that I was driving out west to carve up a bowl or hitting the trees with a foot of fresh under my board.
Please, oh please, let the winter come!

yeah, way to many people out for how little snow was blown, i pumped out at least 10 hours worth of lessons

last weekend was nice though, Afton opened on the 6th, it was good for about 5 days before it got warm and went south, but I got to get my winter legs kicking off and all the hard work I put into the off seson paided off, because I came back a better rider than when I left, so I stoked to get things cracking
