Just got back from the East Coast, where I got to surf some Hurricane. Had a ball on the longboard in almost 2X head high waves. Took the 8'2" gun out for the big stuff breaking outside. Had a ball. Got drilled once thought I broke my collarbone, but all was well.
I got to catch up with friends and family and go back to the old neighborhood for dinner at Joe's Mill Hill Saloon. Kick ass bar in Trenton, great food.
I came home recharged and ready for the winter. I am now looking forward to hitting the snow and carving some phat turns.
Started sleeping better since I got back from the east. Maybe the few days of surfing killed all the stress in my life. Now to find the stress buster here in the Midwest.
SGTC NatasKaput gave us the hook up this weekend on a Brewery Tour out here in Saint Paul. That should be a killer.
