So, I am going back east this weekend for a few days. Planning to spend my time with friends, family, surfing, skating, and playing golf. Can't wait to get in the water. I miss the surf soooo much. I will be coaching with my brother a couple of days. Another thing I have been greatly missing out in the Midwest.
I don't know how I should feel about this, I haven't been able to fall asleep before 3 or 4 am for the past few months now. I wake up every day at 7:00am and start my day. Always tired, but not able to sleep. The Dr. just wants to medicate me. I hate pills. I think that the Dr. should find the cause of my sleeplessness rather then throwing a script my way. I just hate the treat the symptom not the cause practice.

i agree on the pill thing - why the hell would you want to come to depend on a drug to sleep.
they throw pills at every problem now a days, and theyy will make a pill for the stupidest sympton, like ichy but, but it will give you diharea and a limp dick
