Being a nice guy sucks. I don't get it, I held a door open for a pain in the ass oops! I mean lady today and she went into a huge rant about how she can open her own doors, she doesn't need a man to open the door... I am a pig and sexist... Well fuck me. I would have held the door open for anyone who was close to me going through a door. Man, woman, child, dog, or other beast would have received the same act of kindness.

So of course I had to get into it with this person at the bar, her feminist views, my views based on the realities of life. Finally it came down to one thing, I asked her if she and her feminist friends were fighting to get women, on their 18th birthday, to go and register for the draft like all the evil men have to do. She said no and that it was pointless that there was not a draft, blah blah blah. I had to inform her that Democrat Congressman Charles B. Rangel of the 15th congressional District in NY is trying to reinstitute the draft and guess where they will be drawing the names...

She said that woman shouldn't have to fight for a male opressive government... Thank God the 74 women in congress, The Sec. of Agriculture, Sec. of the Interior, Sec. of Labor and all the other women in key positions of the government don't share her view.

I just love fighting narrow ignorant views.
